Terms and Conditions

1. REGISTRATION

To register for any Teacher course/Adult education mobility, please submit your application directly online at colonyofcreators.com or contact your Idevelop representative via email at official@colonyofcreators.com.

2. Course Confirmation Policy

Courses will only be confirmed once a minimum of 7 participants have registered (8 participants for job shadowing programs).

Bookings are considered provisional until you receive official enrolment confirmation from the Colony of Creators Training Team.

Colony’s Training reserves the right to cancel any course up to 30 days before its scheduled start date if the minimum participant requirement is not met.

Important Note:

We strongly recommend refraining from booking flights or accommodation until the Colony of Creators Training Team has officially confirmed that the course will proceed as planned.

3. Payment Policy for Colony’s Training Courses

Invoicing

  • The Colony Training team will send the invoice 15 days prior to the course start date.

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Please notify the Colony team of your preferred payment method in advance.

Bank Transfer Payments

  • Full course fees must be paid by bank transfer no later than 15 days before the course begins.

  • Payments should be made in Euros (€) or an equivalent currency, which will be converted to Euros (€) based on the exchange rate on the day the payment is received.

  • All bank transfer fees must be covered by the client.

  • Please include either the invoice number or your full name in the subject line of the bank transfer.

  • A copy of the bank transfer confirmation or proof of payment must be emailed to: official@colonyofcreators.com.

Cash Payments

  • Cash payments are only accepted for amounts up to €1,000 per participant.

  • Cash payments must be pre-approved by the Colony team at least 20 days before the course begins.

4. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE COURSE FEES

  • Pre-arrival information pack

  • Course delivered by an expert tutor in English (4-5 hours per day)

  • Training materials

  • Coffee corner/break

  • Preparation of Mobility Agreements

  • Issuing of Training & Europass Mobility Certificate

COURSE CERTIFICATION Policy:

To receive certification for attendance and course completion, participants must attend 100% of the classes in person. If applicable, Colony will also sign the Europass Mobility Certificate. Attendance will be carefully monitored and recorded throughout the course.

COURSE PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS

Colony reserves the right to adjust the published course programme based on participant proficiency levels or minor modifications introduced by the trainer.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Colony of Creator offers optional services such as accommodation, airport transfers, local transportation, and cultural visits. For a personalised proposal and detailed conditions, please contact us directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the course start date will be refunded in the form of a voucher, valid for any future course within 12 months.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

  • Extra Services (accommodation, transportation, cultural visits):

  • Cancellation terms for additional services are subject to the policies of the respective service providers. Please consult Colony's team before confirming your reservation.
