Empowering ED: Coaching Strategies for Educators

In an era where student well-being and teacher resilience define educational success, this course will equip educators to harness coaching tools and strategies as a catalyst for change.

Aligned with the European Education Area’s focus on mental health and inclusion, participants will master non-formal methods to tackle classroom stress, bullying, and disengagement.

Through interactive role-plays, empathy mapping, and trauma-informed strategies, teachers will transform limiting beliefs into opportunities for growth—fostering classrooms where curiosity thrives, initiative blossoms, and every learner feels seen.
