An Inspiring and Adaptive Training Experience
The training I attended was of outstanding quality, particularly due to its strong alignment with participants’ interests. Intensive learning
The learning conditions were optimal and greatly contributed to the success of this mobility program. The small group format (4 participants) allowed for total immersion and a personalized learning path that a larger group would not have offered. This close proximity fostered constant interaction and a very rich exchange of experiences among European colleagues. The trainer's expertise, both technologically advanced was a major asset. Her teaching methods helped overcome technical barriers and explore issues of bias and ethics with nuance, thus ensuring the acquisition of solid skills that I could immediately apply upon my return.
